Gabrielle’s approach to therapy is humanistic, collaborative, and uplifting. She leverages elements from multiple therapies including Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to allow sessions to be both self-reflective and action-oriented.
Her work aims to build awareness so that clients can learn to invite difficult feelings into the space and create flexible thinking patterns, making it possible for healing and growth. She empowers her clients by guiding them to practice and implement realistic, everyday skills with a focus on mindfulness that aids in maintaining self-acceptance and confidence.
Gabrielle’s clients have said, “she’s provided tangible strategies to help me reach my goals” and “without her, I’d be much more anxious and self-doubting” and “my thoughts became much less overwhelming.”
